Our emphasis is on the quality of life of our patients. We believe that with appropriate care and the support of a caring community, terminally ill patients and their families will be better able to cope with a terminal illness.
Angel Heart Hospice® is sensitive and responsive to the special requirements of each individual and family. Our dedicated and experienced team members work closely with each patient and family to assure the best possible care. We provide palliative care, which is care aimed at easing pain and discomfort. We also provide spiritual and emotional support for both patients and families.

Physicians, specially trained in palliative care, provide expertise in pain and symptom management. |

Registered Nurses, trained in pain and symptom management, coordinate a comprehensive plan of care. |

Social Workers provide patient and family counseling, utilize community resources, and assist with financial issues. |

Spiritual Counselors offer support to the patient and family, while respecting their religious beliefs. |

|

|
Certified Nurse Aides assist with patient's personal care. |
|
|
|
|
Special Therapists contribute as needed in addressing nutritional, physical, occupational, or speech needs. |

|
|
Trained Volunteers visit patients and families to provide companionship and support and to give temporary relief to caregivers. |

|
|
|
On-Call assistance assures that nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
|
|
|
|
Bereavement support offers continued support to the family. Support groups are open to the community. |

|
We provide care in Travis, Hays, Williamson, Bastrop, Caldwell, and portions of Bell, Burnet, Fayette, Lee, and Milam Counties.
